INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING APPLICATION
 

TO DOWN LOAD THE APPLICATION RIGHT CLICK ON THE IMAGE. THEN SELECT "SAVE IMAGE/PICTURE AS"
Then print the APPLICATION out from your imaging photo program
or 
Turn your printer on and left click on the APPLICATION. 
Your printer dialog box will appear.

Once you have completed printing the Application
close the window then click on your 'Back' button.
